To continue our couple days off, we decided to go explore Grass Valley, California. It’s a cute little town with some fun shops to wander around in. And ooo! If you’re a vegetarian and you’re in the vacinity, you MUST go to South Pine Cafe. This place rocked my world. I think I would have eaten here a million times had we lived a little closer.
On our way home we stopped to checkout out the Bridgeport Bridge. It’s the longest single span covered bridge in existence! Of course it’s not used for covered wagons or modern day vehicles anymore. Now it’s only as a pedestrian bridge. It was under construction when we were there so we couldn’t walk inside, but still cool nonetheless.
